Event Rules, Requirements and Disclaimer

• A valid ticket QR code is required to be scanned for entry to the Event. We have no other way to check if you bought a ticket.
• Security screening, bag checks and valid ID may be required for entry.
• Over-18s only unless specifically approved.
• Prohibited items: illegal drugs or dangerous items, such as fireworks or weapons.
• Violent, abusive or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated.
• Videos and photographs: We respect your privacy. If you DO NOT want to be identifiable in videos or photos of the Event; please request a white wrist band from the team at check-in and wear it. Otherwise, by attending the Event, you consent to the use of your image for promotional and informational purposes relating to the Event.
• We may make changes to the program and lineup that are reasonable. Such changes shall not entitle you to a refund. We do not accept liability for changes to the Event, or changes to the program caused by circumstances beyond our control.
• Disclaimers: You acknowledge that your use of any app and any participation in activities, prize draws, or other initiatives organized by third parties at the Event is entirely at your own risk. W3F assumes no liability or responsibility for the conduct, representations, or offerings of such third parties, nor for any loss or damage arising from your interaction with them or their services.
• The ticket purchase conditions and the Ts&Cs for use of the credits against summit hospitality (CASH) TOKEN apply. You acknowledge that your use or purchase of the TOKEN is at your own risk and that continuous or flawless operation of the TOKEN cannot be guaranteed.

W3F may refuse admission or remove attendees from the Event in case of failure to comply with these rules.
